About the Founder, Megan Seagram

 

I have always been the organized friend, helping with friends’ resumes in college, volunteering for committees and community events throughout my career, and implementing systems in my own business and on projects to boost team productivity. Bringing substantial value to a team is what truly fuels my passion. As an experienced event producer, I realized my passion for leading people and teams, organizing plans and communicating effectively in all environments, while always providing an exceptional client experience. 

 

In 2014, I co-founded an event audiovisual company with a passion for the events and audiovisual industry, exceptional customer service, and faith that we were led to this path. With zero prior business ownership experience, we navigated the entrepreneurial landscape through sheer determination and a bit of Google-fueled ingenuity. The initial years were a crash course in everything from drafting contracts to mastering project & client management tools, and learning about taxes the hard way! Our journey, though challenging, became the crucible that fueled my passion for behind-the-scenes business management. It instilled in me a commitment to helping other business owners sidestep the pitfalls we encountered. Today, I specialize in collaborating with remote teams to streamline operations, optimizing existing systems for peak performance, developing SOPs for scalable efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams.

 

Having successfully walked the intricate path of business ownership, I intimately understand the challenges. My goal is to partner with fellow entrepreneurs, allowing you to focus on high-level CEO tasks and sustainable scaling. My goal is for my clients to see me as a true business partner and trust me to manage your operations and teams with as much care and passion as you have, and ensure your big picture dreams are executed seamlessly by the people around you.
